International Merchant Services (IMS) and its staff welcome you to our new IMS Blog.  We are very excited about using this new communications tool and hope it will increase our collaboration and interaction with our current and future merchants.  The IMS Blog is intended to serve as a vehicle for informing, explaining and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of IMS and our services.  We also hope to share with, educate and inform our readers of the ever changing topics in the ATM industry. 

IMS Staff will be posting regularly on the blog, addressing a variety of topics.  The IMS Blog is not replacing our usual modes of communication of getting feedback from our merchants.  Instead, it will be used as an additional way of communicating and most importantly – giving us another avenue to hear from you.
