International Merchant Services, Inc. started as a regional company with Neil Johnson and a few salespeople selling scrip machines across Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. As our team developed into a national corporation and expanded its service presence, we took every step possible to ensure that our excellent service to customers kept pace with our growth. This has been true, not just for our sales and service force, but also for accounting, cash management and marketing departments.

Neil Johnson – President, Chief Exective Officer
Neil Johnson

Neil Johnson has been a consultant for nearly 25 years. He began his career investigating individuals and companies for Equifax, Inc. and expanded his expertise as a private investigator in the area of accounts receivable management, billing and asset recovery in 1984. By 1988, Neil had several hundred financial and retail clients, including many Fortune 100 clients. By 1991, Neil had developed verification and recovery systems for retailers throughout the country, owned and managed collection agencies and became a credit card Independent Service Organization (ISO).

With the start of International Merchant Services, Inc. in 1991, Neil pioneered ATM sales and service as an independent (non-bank); and later expanded that into a national and international presence. He has consulted with businesses regarding ATM equipment and processing on several continents.

Neil has a long history of active involvement with industry and market associations. He currently serves on the North American Board of the ATM Industry Association.

Kathleen Mora – Chief Operating Officer
Kathleen Mora

Kathleen has a passion for evaluating and developing business strategies that convert opportunities into a robust and practical portfolio of client services. Blending service experience, extensive new product development expertise and possessing a proficiency in the technical, legal and regulatory issues facing the ATM industry, Kathleen fosters an environment of collaboration and solutions throughout IMS. “Communication between all stakeholders is critical to business innovation and growth, even in mature industries.”

Diversity of perspective is a central component of Kathleen’s approach to operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting (both from the University of Texas at Arlington), Kathleen engages in strategic market analysis from many angles. As Controller over a Fortune 100 Company’s Alternate Channels (including their Retail Website, Commercial Sales, Extended Service Plan Sales, as well as New Business Development), Ms. Mora’s experience has brought extensive business expertise to IMS.

At International Merchant Services, Inc. Kathleen is a strategic leader of operations and employee development. A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, attention to detail and accuracy are central to Kathleen’s methodology; which in turn, permeates business operations throughout IMS.

Jonathan Johnson – Vice President
Jonathan Johnson

ATMs began to be deployed by Independent Sales Organizations since the early 1990s; Jonathan Johnson was one of those early pioneers. After completing a tour in the Army where he developed expertise in telecommunications technology; Jonathan joined International Merchant Services in 1994. The emerging market of independent ATM deployment (ATMs not installed by a bank) was gathering steam and these new styles of ATMs utilized land line telephones. Jonathan’s background in telecommunications was an excellent fit. Starting with the company’s first database system, Jonathan was the point driver of IMS’ Information Technology and ATM Client Management systems development.

In October 2012, Jonathan transitioned to a Vice President role within the Executive Management team. In addition to his company activities, Jonathan devotes his personal time to working with the youth group at his Church and his beautiful family… his wife Fran and their 2 children David & Caroline.

Kevin McNatt – Director of Sales & Service Operations
Kevin McNatt

Kevin specializes in developing sales teams that focus on expertise and communication leading to a robust interactive relationship with clients. Combining a Master Degree in Sociology, a Master of Business Administration and 25 years sales experience in SMBs to Fortune 100 companies, Kevin fosters a culture able to address the multivariate demands and expectations that both entrepreneurs and large organizations encounter.

His passion is developing a sales team that positively contributes to each client throughout the business relationship, not just till a contract is signed.

Jon Noel – Director of Information Technology
Jon Noel

Jon brings over 17 years of Information Technology experience to International Merchant Services, Inc. His background includes a broad spectrum of experience in project management, team leadership and customer service.

Additionally, his understanding of business, ability to leverage efficiencies, and a solid grasp of today’s mobile environment, allows International Merchant Services, Inc. to provide the best possible solutions to our customers.
